About the Founder
Nathan Amman is a follower of Jesus, husband, engineer, and entrepreneur — a Michigan native
who has built his life around one simple principle: get 1% better every day.
From growing up playing sports to earning a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Nate has always understood that growth requires discipline, humility, and a willingness to be coached. That same mindset has carried him into every arena of his life — from serving in the US Army Corps of Engineers, working as a consultant, helping lead kids' ministry at Full Life Church, and walking daily with the Father since being saved at 21.
Recently married and passionate about biblical manhood, Nate has poured himself into leading and teaching young men — hosting mini courses on practical life skills like self-defense, financial literacy, and basic mechanics. That work sparked a bigger vision: a platform designed to bring those same tools, principles, and community to men everywhere. His goal is to connect people with unique gifts, unify the body of Christ, and create space for men to step into who God has called them to be.
Nate is discipline-driven and not afraid to send it but he's just as quick to sit down, listen, and learn. He knows he's not perfect, openly acknowledges he's a sinner saved by grace, and carries a deep gratitude for what Jesus Christ has done in his life. Everything he builds is an attempt to extend that same grace to others.
